The service is targeted especially at municipalities of medium-sized and large cities — as well as private developers of district-sized areas that wish to market the qualities of their development through clever use of media.

Full implementation

In this package we help you create your own urban print and/or digital media — all the way from the first ideas to finished product.

Comprehensive consuting
During visits in your city we help you get your team organised and work with it to determine specific needs in your city. We coach on concept, design, distribution, business models, organisation, journalism and possible spin-offs.

Digital production
For digital media we also help design and develop the platform on which the people of your city or area will debate, suggest, vote, be informed and allowed to dream — basically, get engaged. The ideal product is the print media accompanied by a digital one.

Ongoing project management
Some of the work we will do with you on-site. When we are not there, we will work with you online to coordinate what you are doing there and what we are producing in our offices. We will advise and support until you have your new media on the streets and/or on the screen — and usually stay on board afterwards as well, at least while the product is in its infant stage.

Getting you off the ground

Have you decided to start your own urban media and know pretty much what you want to do? We will offer consulting in the initial, and crucial, phase where all key decisions are being made: How do you design for engagement? From what angle should you approach the content? How do you get the media dispersed?

Digital production
Like in the case of full implementation, if you choose to start a digital media we will help you design it and can have the platform developed cost-effectively.

Ideally this ‘off the ground’ package should consist of two visits, as well as online consulting over a period of a few months.

Kick-off / inspiration

Our smallest media package consists of a visit of a few days where we introduce you to the benefits and general idea of producing your own urban media.

Naturally, it is possible to later combine this with one of our other packages or custom assignments, should you also be convinced that producing your own media is a highly effective, and cost-effective, way of stimulating engagement and nurturing optimism in your city.
